Really enjoyed the interview with Don Ezra and his ideas on moving to Life 2 when you begin the retirement thought process. Don has some great insights on how to navigate the time/freedom you will have and how to fill that with meaning. Great info!

I found Nate Miller's, The Miller Retirement Group, interview with Linda Fodrini-Johnson to be encouraging and helpful as a caregiver for a spouse with dementia. Mrs Fodrini-Johnson shared tools for dealing with the many challenges of these diseases. I especially liked her demeanor which was kind and caring. She had dedicated her life to helping others with the struggles of aging. I look forward to reading her book: The Empowered Caregiver: Practical Advice and Emotional Support for Adult Children of Aging Parents.
