Hey mate, just on the way home from Brunswick now! I went this afternoon and tried with some metal slugs on the new setup (rod is super nice by the way) but still no bites! To be fair, even with pilchards on heavy rigs me and 2 others only caught one tailor and a dart. I still haven’t figured out the moon phases yet but I’m pretty sure the full moon tonight was part of the problem. I’ll try again on the metals when I go to Fraser soon but I’m a bit disappointed I haven’t had any luck so far. I guess that’s fishing 😂
@DanTheFisho2 ай бұрын
Nice to hear the setup feels good. I also went twice already chasing tailor with no luck. You've got to find where they are and sometimes they are not biting. That's how it is. That's why I like to be light to be able to move. I often walk the beach a lot chasing those guys. Quite often I can't find them. If I can't find them, I change to a soft plastic and see if I can catch some other stuff. You just got to keep going mate. When you find them, you will have one of the best sessions of your life.
