I'm feeling very reluctant to do my sex inventory. It just seems too personal and invasive.

I stopped going because every meeting I went to was just another social clique where people just gossip about others without telling that person to their face what their problem is. AA is only a neighborhood social club. Also people use AA as an attention seeking platform.

Thanks so much. Life can be stressful sometimes and for me it can become overwhelming. When i feel overwhelmed by noise, people, my noisy home. I can listen to this and feel better in less than 10 minutes, thank you so much. I absolutely love the nature sounds and beach sounds

I think self pity falls under 'honesty' because when we are feeling sorry for ourselves we are not seeing things in an honest light. Self pity is usually fuelled by unbalanced and dramatic thinking.

Candida Overgrowth can cause alcohol cravings . It also produces acetaldehyde and ethanol which cause an imbalance of neurotransmitters that play a role in addiction in general , not just alcoholism . Both increase the risk of cancer . Alcohol contains Ethanol . Always remember , if you drink you will ingest Ethanol . The body breaks alcohol down into Acetaldehyde . Drinking will put both into your body . Cigarettes and Vaping are other sources of ethanol . You want to quit Smoking . Same goes for Vaping . Acupuncture is one method that can help . Both Alcoholics Anonymous founders died of Smoking-Related Illnesses . To get tested for Candida Overgrowth see a Functional Medicine Doctor . For more information read Get Sober Stay Sober : The Truth about Alcoholism by sobriety coach Cynthia Perkins , M.Ed .Candida Overgrowth can also cause asthma , depression , acid reflux , fungal infections , irregular heartbeat , thyroid problems , sugar cravings , high carb cravings , sour food cravings , dairy cravings , weight gain , obesity , constipation , hyperactivity / ADD , learning disabilities , brain fog , memory loss , headaches , migraines , chronic fatigue , allergies , acne , dandruff , chronic joint pain along with other issues . It can also contribute to autoimmune diseases such as lupus , multiple sclerosis , rheumatoid arthritis , type diabetes and psoriasis . I would strongly recommend doing your homework on candida overgrowth . Heavy Metal Poisoning can also contribute to addiction , furthermore it can cause depression , tremors , poor memory , digestive problems , achy joints , insomnia together with other health problems . A Functional Medicine Doctor can test for Heavy Metal Poisoning . It's another subject I would strongly recommend doing your homework on . Oral Galvanism can cause depression , short term memory loss , tinnitus , hearing loss , eye / vision problems moreover other issues . To address Oral Galvanism see a Holistic Dentist . Celiac disease likewise non celiac gluten sensitivity can cause depression , anxiety , impaired brain function , abdominal pain , indigestion together with other problems . If you have celiac disease eating gluten can lead to cancers for example small bowel cancer . You want to get tested for it , especially if you have unexplained health issues . Nutritional Deficiencies can contribute to mental illnesses (i.e. Depression ) . Substance Abuse can lead to nutritional deficiencies . The Medical Keto Diet has shown success in helping treat addiction , it could repair damage done to the brain by Substance Abuse . It's been successful in treating mental illnesses such as depression , bipolar disorder and schizophrenia conjointly neurological disorders like epilepsy . It could prevent dementia as well as Alzheimer's what's more it could help treat them . Another thing it could do is reduce the risk of cancer . It might be able to treat brain injuries . It could also treat conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome along with type 2 diabetes . To guarantee success it must be done with the help of a Keto Coach . If you are unable to be a on the Medical Keto Diet the Modified Atkins Diet and Low Glycemic Index Diet may be good alternatives .

Great info in the video, the key difference for me was zero withdrawal symptoms, physical or mental, not even within the first thirty days, after Steffon Barkload and what he suggested it's been 9 months now it's like it never was a problem, reading that last version goolging what he put up. Was a super relief I didn't need AA or meds either.

Dr. Foster, I utilized this meditation today with my Veterans group, and they liked it, except for the 2 very loud commercials that interrupted us. I know you like to address those, if we can get the commercials out of the way at the beginning, it would be really nice. We really like your stuff!

I don’t know, but when I found your page years ago, I thought you were AA focused which is why it resonated with me. it’s evolved into something more, but that was the reason I subscribed. then there’s tradition 10, so I’d verify who wrote you. AA doesn’t have the market on recovery I finally stopped because I had to face the overwhelming thought that if I left AA I would drink again. I wasn’t living. I left because I outgrew it and it’s not an easy thing to do. My foundation is strong, though. I’m more aware of all types of indoctrination. Bill knew there were many paths to wholeness but some in AA are like church folk. Anything can be made religious. Healing means freedom. Healing means freedom from fear and that’s what I work on daily. Thanks for the topic. It is needed.
