Having resided in Kyoto for a decade, and lived in other parts of the world, I say that this is the best packaged tofu. To get better tofu, you have to wait outside the tofuya-san in the morning.

Direct sunlight can be damaging but I can't imagine light inside your house gently reflecting off your walls damaging the beans.

I buy bananas for today. Then I buy them for the next two days. Green ones for 4-6 days down the road. Avocados, tomatoes and lettuce, too. I go to market every 3-5 days. No worries.

If you fold the seams on the filter bottom and side, the filter fits perfect without sticking out the top. Love mine!

when the beans off gas co2 will that cause the glass to shatter? I have honey in mason jars I hear them pop, is that enough to keep them from exploding?

I've read that you definitely don't do this with fresh beans. What's fresh? Don't have the exact date but I'll definitely let you know as I have 14 day old fresh relatively fresh roasted beans. I'll be back in a month and let you know.

黒ニンニクを去年から作って居ます 底にキッチンペーパーをひかずにニンニクを入れて最後にふきんを乗せて２週間程で出来上がっていた! フキンが汚れるからペーパーを利用して見ます! 有り難う御座いました!

Great. Not true espresso. A moka pot and a mini express doesn't have nearly the pressure a manual lever and an espresso machine uses.

This does work ,as I purchased 4 bananas on 18th December 2021 and 5 days later they were still hard today on the 23rd December. I used Plastic Bread Bags as I reuse them, for lots of other stuff, and then wrap into another carrier bag
