@appuzzle I never ever put it this way. I simply search for recognizable parts and put them in place one by one. It adds randomness that makes puzzling the fun it is for me. I don't like rationality in puzzling. 😁

@@vykintasmorkvenas6839 I suppose, you are talking about arranging the puzzle pieces by shapes in rows. We do this only when the picture is not enough to find the right element, e.g. the sky.

I'm using sony a6400 + lens sigma dc 16 mm (most often) + polarizing filter. The camera is fixed on the ceiling above the table. The hardest part is the lighting. If you don't want to have light reflection, lamps have to stay far. If lamps are far, they have to be powerful because you need light for puzzling. Which 13500 puzzle do you have?

@appuzzle fixed to the ceiling?! Wow, that's dedication! I'm not that professional, LOL!! I'm planning to buy the "Golden age of Disney" by Trefl.

I got 2x13500 from Santa Claus: "cities beyond the clouds" and "the journey of thousand miles". I also have a few 6k on the shelf I'm going do they next year. I hope it will work out. Good luck for you

That's true. Very often the quantity on the box is different than the real one.

Maybe the hammer as a surprise is stressful or generaly DIY is stressful for him. I'm not sure, it isn't for me. I guess anything falling out of the fireplace can be stressful.

I have a hard time doing the same puzzle and I noticed in the video that you are doing something on your phone, are you doing something related to the puzzle? i wondered about it

On my phone, I measure the time of assembling and count putted pieces of puzzle. I can see progress and stats.
