The thing is Goku didn’t care about winning or losing the fight. He just wanted a good fight and hearing Goku say “Finally” when Superman decided to not hold back and give it his all is what Goku entirely wanted to see.

there is one time that sanji uses his hand with knives , in the train to enies lobby , he is actually pretty skilled , but he prefers not to use them so his cocking remains top tier. This is the first and last time we see sanji fight with hands.

Also as I'm sure people have pointed out, these guys can take these hits and keep moving because of their immense resolve to fight through these massive injuries. We actually see a scene in Part 5 where the crew accidentally beats up a guy because they think he's an enemy, and he's knocked unconscious after just some kicking around. So suffice to say Stand users are not normal people

Do you think an average human martial artist would have more experience than Goku just by being older than him? I don’t think so. As the protagonist, Goku has dealt with a LOT of crap.
