What diner restaurant is going to leave just one waitress to run his diner during the grave shift? I can't even begin to imagine the civil liabilities involved. For starters, what young woman is going to agree to work all alone at night in an empty diner out on a lonely highway? I haven't seen the movie, only the trailer. In the trailer there's not even a cook working in the diner so what's the use of having the diner open on grave shift with one waitress to serve as night watchman? But, Hollywood runs on movie implausibility's.

@@jeffyoung60 I will have to watch the movie again as I thought the diner was closed to customers and she was only there to do the general cleaning on the premises for the night. But you did say you had only watched the trailer so with respect maybe it's better to watch the whole movie before comments on it.

Good film but it does get a bit boring in horror films when people walk around with no light or dont turn lights on in the house. This is just boring now. I mean who does that in real life.I'd like to see some more progress on horror movies like this but with lights on. Some new ideas. I do recommend to watch it as it is a good movie after all.

the first 100 minutes of this thing can be boring, pointless, simple, the last 2 minutes after the 100th minute and the credits can be a bit exciting. 2 July 2024 Take a handheld camera or a cell phone, you don't need a script, just make something up. I think it's too bad that after the Blair Witch, cheap producers and lazy directors do things like this to make easy money, thinking that the audience has to accept everything. I can't even call it a movie. I won't be surprised if theaters start showing videos of youtube teen channels. In the meantime, professions such as screenwriter, cinematographer, casting, etc., which should be in the movies that humanity is used to, will have to disappear. There is already artificial intelligence, handheld camera, cell phone and artificial intelligence are enough now anyway, the quality has been reduced.
