Your legs can handle a ton more weight than you realize you could probably fit another plate on each side seeing the size of your calves, good shit tho bro keep grinding (definitely drop the safety handles too) get a consistent pump in don’t drop all the way into your chest but feel the burn

Yo, you have to take the safety handles off, look up a tutorial on how to do the linear leg press. Another peice of advice is to not completely lock out your knees, ALWAYS keep a slight bend. Also put your feet more out.

I’m no bodybuilder I could genuinely care less about doing the “harder” lifts, That’s not why im incorporating weight training into my routine. I’m incorporating weight training to start taking things to the next level calisthenics wise, I don’t care about setting nd breaking PRs, or squatting/ deadlifting hundreds of lbs as fascinating as that is, I simply do multiple reps and sets at various weights, targeting different muscle groups, each time.

I know it's only a bag and you are focusing on technique but make sure u pull that punch back n get ya guard up. Include it in part of your technique training, think of throwing the hook like stirring a pot where your hand goes through, round n back to your face.

Ayyyy we got the same box in my gym. Make sure you be hitting them box jumps broski, really helps build explosive power in your legs and lower back. I can do the 30 inch already 💪 not tryna brag or nuttin 😂

Nice work bro. See someone said about flexibility in the comments and I would agree. On the teeps you wanna bring your knee up crunch ur body a little then push forward with the hips while extending the leg and make contact with the ball of your foot... I know it might be difficult to follow these instructions typed out I will try and demonstrate when I hit the gym next

Need too guard your chin better. Otherwise you will get knocked out with a counter. You are also very flat footed. Practice some footwork on your toes. Also work on head movement. Moving your head around makes it a harder target to hit. Otherwise looking good. Good combos. And you are circling the bag/opponent properly by moving out of range in a backwards circular motion after a combo. So thats good. You are halfway there. Keep it up!

Foot work with punches for example if do a lead hook lead foot pivots with it vice versa for the other side and step with punches and always lead foot first then back foot to step with it obviously there will be cases you can step back foot forward and that’s for explosive steps but for rn just do lead foot first
