Hello. Is there a way to attach competencies to all questions in a particular quiz??

This was a great session ... thank you so much for sharing. One question, in the competency framework setup, when choosing Competency Rules - I get a message "this competency cannot be configured" --- and if happens when attempting to setup rules for all my competencies. Do you have a suggestion about what would cause that? Seemed so straightforward in your demo, but it must be something in the setup that I missed. Thanks again for this helpful recording!
