I just picked it up a couple of days ago. I didn't want to become just a "place sitter" on my kitchen counter. I read through the instructions, yet - I did not get all the intricacies of what & how to properly use my device. This video was excellent! It was concise, clear, & extremely educational. This machine is a piece of crap. I wan't my money back. No, I can't even though it says 100% guarantee? It's like Dollar Store worthy. No contact to send it back to on any email as email is invalid. If this company wants a good rep they need to have a way to contact them.

The top portion of my unit (the "top cabinet") has been inadvertently submersed in dirty, greasy water on occasion and I have disassembled the top, cleaned it, and reassembled it. However, there is a flexible "rubber" o-ring that I cannot get to fit anywhere and now the top cabinet is truly not waterproof. The o-ring seems just a little too small to fit in the circular groove on the inside of the gray piece. Any suggestions?
