Hear me out how do we know that the cordicep thing might not be be real and instead of something controlling maybe someone is controlling them how donwe know that the cordiceps is a lie and its just a power hungry person because the people didnt get the corus thing by random it was either a accident or it was on purpose the government in that situation would cover it as "accident" but what if the government did it and was controlling them all along and that we were killing humans under the control of the power hungry government in the last of us because why else would the government people not want anyone close by to certain places "infected" my theory is that the government did it so they would have full control over the people but it might have gone wrong and the stuff turned on the government and the government lost control which caused the "cordicep" zombie apocalypse i havent played the last of us but i have watched people play it im no expert of the lore but this is my theory on the last of us if i am wrong cause i dont know a part of the lore that proves this theory wrong then !PLEASE! let me know just incase
