The gravity is intentionally a bit slow. Because is more pleasant to watch the physics in this way

I love how you you filmed yourself doing all this stuff and then put some Unreal overlays on the footage to make it look like this was running in Unreal or something. Very clever but you won't fool anybody!

IMO you should add some pitch shift variation using velocity of impact and also apply a high pass filter for softer impacts (that reduces in power as velocity increases, less velocity less bass). All sounds sounds the same regardless of speed of impact.
