I did the same exact things except you probably have actual machineimgnshit im sure as i used s cordless dremmel and a vast assortment of cutting pits, a micro cylinder honer i found a dude willing to machine me a header with a small but functional expansion chamber,

i like the build. just put on some 2.8 badlands on my slayer pro. the tires rub the body and was wondering if you put on some body mounts and what els you did to make it work

you prefer stock 50 or 5.9 ?

this thing is fast ! 5.9 means higher rpm then stock ?

Is it worth just slightly enlarging the exhaust port of a 2 stroke engine? Asking because I can see part of the port "blocking" the exhaust port (standard / stock sleeve port) Thanks in advance!!

Davidrc did a vid on this. its not a problem its actually a user tuning problem. tune engine at half a tank full warmed up and it solves the problem
