Odst is interesting cause it shows that spartans arent the only badass group in halo, helljumpers are doing roughly half what a spartan can without the augs OR energy shield! Which is pretty crazy.

It’s also amazing seeing how the war looks to anyone who isn’t a super soldier. One of my favorite lines in ODST is in the final mission with Buck freaking out about the Covenant glassing Earth. We get to see a more grounded, human look at the war through the ODST’s.

Halo 3 Odst has the best vibe out of all games it puts you in the shoes of an trooper and what they have to face and the music is just beautiful.
