I mean I think so. I see nothing wrong with the ending even after reading it a few times but could you enlighten me on what you think the perfect ending would consist of?

the fight was lack luster (mostly the end) yuji didnt get a real 1v1 with sukuna and instead got the spotlight stolen by a char that didnt exist in the whole story til the last second. megumi shouldve died at least to have some stakes/ suspense and the whole cast magically just came back to life after dying on screen lmao. sukuna also spammed black flash like a meathead instead of anything interesting or layered like the previous fights.

@freestylefletcher I like your points and correct me if I’m wrong for one a lot of chars didn’t exist until the last minutes, I don’t believe the fight was supposed to ever highlight a 1v1 fight with Sukuna and yuji even the with stakes of Yuji being a reincarnation of Sukuna’s twin and the power ups yuji obtained. I don’t think him fighting him 1v1 would have been a good choice even though people would have loved it myself included. Even if he didn’t win and got help in the end we wouldn’t have been happy bc it would have served a purpose that would fly over heads of alot. Or let’s say he won that fight, even though he is Sukuna’s twin Yuji fighting the strongest curse of all time while everyone else who was stronger than him lost and he win (I mean yea he has a better chance at that fight since Sukuna would be tired but we still wouldn’t have liked it) also correct me if im wrong but we have seen all of not majority of Sukuna’s innate techniques and spamming black flash is almost the only thing he could continue to do given his stamina and curse energy amount at the time. Ik your not saying every fight has to be layered, but I believe sometimes simplicity can be complexed if done correctly and I can see megumi dying along with a lot more but what would that have done exactly, or what effect would it have on the reader if you could explain to me (I genuinely don’t see much it would have done but upset the reader as well) and the final two things I would like to say is that no matter how it ended people would still have something to dislike about it similar to this and the story along with a lot will have upsetting plots and characters but the story is to the liking of the writer which is the objective he went for I guess
