Regarding the GM crossram setups: They were never available as a factory-installed option. Claims that crossram setups were delivered in the trunks of some cars sprang up in the 1980's, but they have since been debunked. The only way to obtain a crossram setup back in the day was to buy one from the parts department at a Chevrolet dealership, and then install it yourself or pay someone else - possibly a dealership service department - to install it for you. Because of this, no crossram setup can be documented as original to the car.
