A Great Lady, a fantastic bartender, and keeper of the traditions, cocktails and rules of the legendary Sasha Petraske. SEABORNE Cocktail Lounge was the logical next step, but Sasha` s untimely death required Lucinda to take over the building, decorating, cocktail creation, and management of this fine craft cocktail bar. KUDOS TO LUCINDA !!!

We use only de stringed celery, onion, and garlic fried in butter, add flour and oyster liquor to make roux add cream and parsley..and finally chopped oysters and TINY bit of lemon rind with cayenne pepper. fill pastry shells , homemade shells that are about 6" makes large patties with lots of filling.

I drank with Mr. Grammer one mid-80s evening in a Marina del Rey disco/bar, and found him very nice and gracious, as well as very funny; we both ended up pleasantly intoxicated. A great memory.
