To call this "Scottish Tribal Drumming" would be to infer that there is some kind of drumming history in Scotland. This type of street performance started a few years ago at the Edinburgh Fringe festival. The Bagpipes are certainly a part of Scotland heritage, but traditionally the only drums ever heard in Scotland were those of the British army.
