I really appreciate that you’ve done some homework about Seventeen 😊 But what you just saw is BSS (BooSeokSoon), the fun subunit from Seventeen consists of only 3 (out of 13) members, with stage name Seungkwan, DK and Hoshi. The 3 of them are well known as the comedy trio (which also the 2 main vocalists and 1 main dancer) of the whole group. The song itself is using the theme “Youth is now”, no matter what age you are now you should always be able to enjoy life, as youth is not an age but more of a mindset. So in Korean, “Youth is now” is Cheongchun-eun Baru Jigeum. And the acronym for it is CheongBaJi, which the word literally translates to jeans or denim pants. That is why they wear denim jackets and pants (and giving out denim pants to everyone) throughout the MV. Hope this gives you more insight on the video and the subunit! 😊

They are one of the best kpop groups out there, so refreshing and different from the "traditional sound" of kpop, the members (Jaehyun, Taesan and Woonhak) compose and wrote most of their songs

Thank you for reacting to Seungmin. His voice is so beautiful and has such a nice tone and range. One of the best in K-pop in my opinion. Seungmin used to be a Baseball player when he was young and was supposed to go pro but had to stop due to family circumstances and an injury. So he pursued his other dream of being a singer but he still had regrets about not accomplishing his first dream so he made this song to express his regrets but also to show how precious his career as a singer is to him and how he is giving his all to it. The pop in K-pop is indeed for pop music initially but K-pop groups do all sorts of music, especially Stray Kids. They are diverse in their discography.

Thank you for your reaction. I believe that Chan created something masterful in 3 mins+, what the entire Twilight movie franchise couldn't do. At the time, we just didn't understand just how connected his stage was with the MV. It is a vital part of his storyline that we didn't know we had. I actually liked how the music video ended with him taking the chair away, then when he comes to the stage.. with that chair, its like watching the final piece of an infinity loop which then takes you back into the MV. Also the eyes of dark Chan and light Chan are different - they are mirrors of each other. There are so many many theories floating around Stayville about the meaning of railway and as usual, Chan is not going to explain anything... that is is up to Stay to figure it out and boy.. Stay has gone to town.. - One of my fave is that the black substance is actually ink is from Stay @AmalaFrequents : I just got a whole new theory for the Railway! Don't the teeth kind of look like pen nibs? And the dark stuff on him that looks like it could be blood is kind of black- could it be ink? Chan loves his double meanings, and he tends to be bolder on stage than when chatting irl etc.. Could it be a little about unleashing a different creature- or part of him- through music. He can explore & conquer & try to break out of any prison with it. And it also bewitches Stays [his prey] and they can't do nothing but surrender and enjoy - go along for the ride... 🖖🏽😁

This is Bang Chan superpowered. He’s such a cinnamon roll usually unless he’s trying to protect the members so this is another side of him. We were not ready for Railway though. None of us. I’m still recovering from that. He just spoke to the alt vampire loving goth inside me since my teens. Like fr Bang Chan!?! Vampire Chan!! Hunter Chan!!! I feel like there’s the immortality, creating a legacy, but keeping themselves or himself in check. He won’t let himself become a monster and that could mean with this new contract and popularity, their fame, letting too much go to their heads as they move forward. They’ve been hungry this whole journey from trainee to now. With the avidness of their fans and the competitive atmosphere between not only the groups (many of which he’s friends with and respects) but also the companies themselves. At the end you see Hunter Chan walk away in the distance but in the foreground you see Vamp Chan’s feet sticking up and him grunting. So he’s not dead but he’s staked down or possibly dying but I don’t think so. Like maybe he escapes sometimes and he needs to be restrained occasionally. I saw someone say that from the concert it’s a loop from when he falls in the concert to when he sits up in the video. Last bit. The sign, I think, is in Romanian (Romania famously the home of Transylvania and Dracula). “Castelul meu este u loo alnintunerical” or My castle is a place of darkness.

SKz player is for the solo or unit songs. Also, when music videos are released, the title tracks are released in the JYP YT page, while b-sides are dropped on the Stray Kids page. This song is so fun! Hyunjin often writes a lot of the moody or emotionally heavy songs like DLMLU (Don’t let me love you), Cover Me, Red Lights (Hyunjin and Bang Chan), and some other solos like Miss you and Quill Tip (he just dropped at the end of December). So this song is a bit of a departure in that it’s just fun. Hyunjin is singing about living his life for him and how good it is. He’s just living in the moment and being happy for how good things are right now now. Also the dancing is so all about his style. A mix of different types of dancing, which he has studied over the years. Also, that Oh My God is just so much attitude! It’s also great way to break up the heavier songs on the album with a song that’s upbeat like this. Talking about stage presence, he’s well known for it and he has some dance videos that he choreographed (when the party’s over and Playing with fire) and also he did an Artist of the Month dance performance to Motley Crew (which he contributed to the choreo of but not fully choreographed)

Yeah Changbin has his own rap style. He gets hate for it sometimes but he does his own thing. I really like the way you do your videos with the information on the artists that really cool. More Stray Kids would be great.

RM is currently enlisted and serving his military service., All seven members will be discharged and back together as BTS in June 2025. He did cut his hair off months before enlisting. There are two members that are discharged right now. JIN and J-Hope. JIN released his album "HAPPY" and J-Hope is getting ready to release another album. RM finished this album before his enlistment "Right Place, Wrong Person", and it was released May 24, 2024. BTS are all students of HIp Hop and music in general.

They are actually singing in Japanese and English for this version this song has a Korean, Japanese and English version a quirk of the bi-lingual K-Pop beats This beat is SOOO addictive check out Easy (best dance) by them and Unforgiven (best beat) releases this year but it WILL get stuck in your head! There are 8 members. Pretty much all 8 of them can dance, sing, and rap. They’ve debuted in 2018 and the leader, Bang Chan had been a trainee with JYP for 7 years so he tried something different and had Chan choose who the members would be. They’ve had a show about it called Stray Kids (named after them). There is a main rap line: changbin, Han, Hyunjin, and Felix. The main vocal line is Seungmin, I.N, Lee Know, and Bang Chan. Changbin and Han those 2 with the leader, Bang Chan, make up the production and main songwriting sub unit called 3Ratcha. Since they do their own writing and producing, their songs often combine or even sometimes defy genres. The main 3 dancers (Dance Ratcha) are Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix. The Vocal Racha sub unit is Seungmin and I.N. But there are songs where all 8 of them sings too Their name “Stray Kids” comes from how they are not following the path laid out by others but finding their own way and inviting all their fans, who may feel like they are also kind of their own wandering path, to join them. They often say if you take the r from Stray Kids you have the reason for why they keep going, and you have Stay which is what their fan base is called. At the end of their mvs they have another saying: Stray Kids everywhere all around the world. You make Stray Kids Stay. This is part of that and that together all of us Stray Kids have found a place together to Stay. “Our goal ever since we debuted was to reach as many ‘stray kids’ as possible, to deliver our music and give strength to people who really need it.” BANG CHAN, 2022 I love watching people react to Stray Kids for the first time! I’m a 90s kid from Southern California. This is giving me a bit of nostalgia because so many elements are from that vibe and time but made in a SKZ way! Sea walking or C-walking comes from Crip walking which was big in SoCal especially LA and Compton based rap/hiphop. I’d recommend watching the dance practice because there’s a lot there isn’t showing in the MV. I’d also recommend these songs: Gods Menu, Thunderous, Chk Chk Boom, Back Door, Easy, Venom, and even some of their holiday stuff like Christmas Evel, Christmas Love, and Winter Falls. They all kind of show different aspects of their styles and growth.
