That's fucking wicked. I remember the VHS tape I had that featured this car and the interview with the guy who owned the car, Doug Rose. He tells the story about how he lost his legs and shows him sticking a knife in his artificial shin and how he scared waitresses with it.

This weekend he started a lap down... He still won!

It's pretty cool what you can do with a 1950s era surplus jet motor and a lttle bit of cash! Met this guy back in the late 80's. It's amazing he drives this with no legs.

@klezfire That's one of the best feelings in the world, being there when your favorite driver breaks his losing streak. I'm a Gordon fan and I was at the 2009 Texas race when he won. Great day.

It sure was nice to Johnny up here at Speedway 660 in Canada for the 250 this year. He's such a nice guy and so smooth at the controls.
