You're doing a fantastic job! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

I found a gold mine, nugget after nugget. Well done guys!! Never take a prospect rejection personal. Look at WWE, I know it's is a strange analagy but if a character is working, they run with it. However, if viewership declines, WWE pivots to another charactor or modify's the current character to what the crowd wants. It is always evolving the way broker agents needs to continue to evolve overtime. Excellent podcast.

How is this directly related to transportation and not just any business? i want to run a train business, what is stopping me from hiring an account that can do all the expenses and review the budget anyways? If anyone sends the original podcast thing, send the timestamp.

I worked with Birkins...must say...he is the real deal. A freight savant. When he speaks...those around him would do well to sit around him and listen...really listen to what he has to say. Birkins is to running a successful freight Brokerage as General Washington was to leading him men through Valley Forge. Some men see challenge and difficulty...Some men...and I mean Andrew Birkins scans any situation and takes usually 1 to 5 minutes to formulate a thought. And when he speaks...you will understand why he takes so long to craft a response...the pure genius that comes put of this man's head should be a True National Treasure. A country may have anywhere from 5 to....if you're lucky...maybe 20 mensa level geniuses that are able to insert their genius and ability to craft his skillset and hone it with the non stop success and midas touch relating to ideas for how to streamline...improve...make more return on investment on tools and talent. Andrew Birkins was the closest ill get to in my life and career a modern day Nikoli Tesla. That level of big ideas come from Birkins on any given Tueaday at 11:38 am. His brain just cannot stop searching for a higher definition of perfection. Andrew has ushered the freight industry into a Renaissance of pure gold ideas that add ROI to his companies bottom line faster than if you served a all you could eat cake bar to the ladies of the view's bottom line. I'm not even kidding is what's crazy. This guy is legit. He's so legit that most people who have a interaction with Birkins leave the mommebt humming the 90's rap song "2 Legit-2Legit to quit" I do like a democracy in America; however, I'd accept my first ever dictator but only if that dictator is Andrew Birkins. Truly the smartest and best broker i ever met. He doesn't know how to quit or fail. Only win. Only success. If Amaerica had only one more Amdrew Birkins...the two Birkins would in short order transform not just the freight industry but the world and have a dawn of a new era of business and life and we would see after a short buildup to get there...the world the two Birkins birthed to humanity, it would rapidly allow us non Andrew Caliber people to accept the two Andrew's decision making for their own and humanity will transform into a hive mind. We only want to do what Andrew birkins would do. It would be only a few generations later that all of humanity would though the efficient and effective direction of our new dear leaders...we will transform into beings that have transcended into only light and pure love. I would happily help lay the foundation for a Andrew Birkins statue in his honor. Keep crushing it brother

Almost every job in the late 1800s were eliminated by technology. We made new jobs in other industries and we're alright. How many jobs did our parents know as common everyday jobs dont exist anymore? All they did is make ports want to automate faster to not require the dockworkers. Their greed inly accelerates their jobs being erased.

Wow! This i a testimony that many could not do. The vulnerability you displayed show the importance of talking. Too many men are stuck in the trend that I am a man & must be strong, no emotion. This was as real as real gets. Much appreciated you shared your journey. Put this in your library to show your kids when they are older to show the actions you took to make a better version of you. We all can learn and apply to our lives. Great message today.

Wow, of Wow, was this a gem of a show. Put this on your resource book shelf to watch over and over. You will need a wheelbarrow or small truck to haul the golden nuggets dropped. All insights provided are factual on the attitude of spot market vs. contract freight, the lack of effort, and the willingness to do the hard work. Truly, this was an excellent episode for small carriers.

My outlook is 2026/2027 as well. 1st I’m looking to see 3 or more interest rate cuts. Then I’m looking to see the FED shift its focus from inflation to full employment. Once we see manufacturers, retailers, and other industries hiring at volume it’s time to saddle up & ride.
