No. Not unless u can find a 110-240vac lead acid charger. But I wouldn't recommend it. I think the fast charge might bubble and exhaust lead acid if not catch them on fire if they're older. Just exercise caution if u go that route but I would recommend this only for lithium batteries.

@alr2989 yea probably. It won't hurt it either way cause ur just switching the data lines, not the power lines. If it doesn't work 1 way, switch the 2 wires and try again.

@alr2989 no. Mine is setup for sport mode only. And I'm using the connection for reverse, I just set that 1 to be my sport mode. All the other settings will work. Just not the last page of connections. Sry, mines rigged different.

U gotta get ur own cable and program it urself bud. That's what my videos are for. I don't do meetups and I don't release my address either. Just follow the instructions in my video and you will get it. It's not hard. Good luck.

Check ur caps, then look for black on resistors and diodes. If all looks well then it probably is ur fets. And yes a fet could potentially measure bad in diode mode. Best way to test fets is to separate them from the board and test them under load. Personally I'd just get a new controller and avoid the headache. I've replaced mosfet just to have the rest blow. Then when they were all replaced I blew 2 caps and a resistor. But if that's the only route for u, good luck my friend. Hope u get it figured out.

Not sure y. Seems to work everywhere else. Try changing the numbers to 1 and back to 0 and save in between. C if something sticks. Other than that I've never had an issue. Even with the newest update to ats.

Emmo zones claim to have a programmable controller but u need a 60 dollar adapter and different software altogether. Programming a zone is possible, but not like this. This is for the votol controller bikes. U don't have a Votol in ur zone so this trick will not work for you.

They're low. So u look through ur armpits at ur sides. Shoulders won't get in the way but if u got a wide middle u won't be able to see shit. Still better than the stock 1's though.

@TheBluestar101 i had no problem with my mirrors. They fit and were also for a ninja 300. What I'm talking about in my videos is the windshield and the fairing holes dont match up. The mirrors have slots so they adapt to the smaller width. The honda cbr mirrors i ordered for my buddies daymak are identical to the ninja 300 ones in every way. Amazon will advertise They're stuff for many different bikes but it's all the same mirror in the end. Happy modding!

No I'm still using stock but I ordered a very special throttle to test out. If it works well it will accept motorcycle grips. I'll make a video of it when it comes in. Looks very promising😁

The tao leo comes with a 3000w QSMOTOR. Definitely not fake. And the em50sp exceeds 3000w. But yes, these controllers are not for regular 500w motors. You'll smoke em quick doing that lol. Good advice and tnx for watching!

@@GreenLeoMan No bro, em50 can reach 4320w peak but this doesnt mean it matches with a real 3000w motor. It phase current is not enought to break motors internal resistance, it would have almost no torque. Your motor can be written 3000w on it, but if it comes with em50, its not 3000w. Look if phase wires are thin.

@@GreenLeoMan There are some of these white label bikes in my country. Real 3000w motor has thick phase wire, they can stand up to 100A current with no cooling. Minimum for real 3000w motor is em100, but em150 runs much better. Those white label bikes usually comes with cheap controllers for motors up to 2000w motors, probably the case of new ones with em50

Sounds about right. No idea. Mine came with an em100 stock. Not sure what "white label bikes" are. My setup is 100a as well. Yes thick wires. I do know a thing or 2 about these bikes. This particular one is all brand name genuine stuff. Also running a daly 120a bms to make sure my 40ah battery is pushin the right power. I'm an electronic technologist by trade so i do understand what you mean. That's y i went with the 2020 tao leo. I did alot of research before i bought the bike just to make sure they didn't cheap out on the power train. But yes. Don't buy knockoff stuff. So what if it's cheaper, u get what u pay for and it'll end up costing more in the long run. 👍✌

@@GreenLeoMan White label I mean is when one company buys its product from another company and rebrands it as their own. Its the case of most chinese ebike. About the BMS, you did it right, in my experience, a bms at least 20A higher than what you are going to draw from the battery makes huge difference on mosfet temperature. My JK bms 60A rates goes 52ºc if my bike is set to 60A peak. But it reaches ~34ºc if 80A bms is used with the same 60A peak

What bike and controller do u have?

If u dropped it hard i would start with checking all the connections, make sure they're still plugged in tight. Check the breaker. Check wires for breaks and grounding. There's so many variables. So little information on controllers too. It's really just a big hit n miss game.

I just looked through the votol fault codes. Nothing specific to your code but 80 usually means hall sensors. Check the 5 wire plug. Make sure it's plugged into the adapter peice and make sure that's plugged into the controller. Make sure they are tight and no wires pulled out or broke off. Hopefully u get lucky. Worst case scenario u fried ur hall sensors and that means new motor time. But I hope it's just a loose connection somewhere. Good luck.

Not sure how I'm supposed to do that. Sounds like it got charred and fireman, so there was lots of water too. Dude I hate to say it but it sounds like ur whole bike is f'd. Probably needs a new wiring harness, controller, inverter, lights, dash, god the list goes on. Sry bud but I make videos to help people, other than that, I don't actually work on bikes other than my own and maybe my closest friends. Yea actually the original 2020 tao leo only had an 80amp p.o.s. not sure about the 2022 models. But yea 100amp sounds bout right. But i put the daly in and it's bluetooth controlled up to 120amp. With the daly bms u can set all the low and high voltage, amp, etc settings to get the most out of your battery. Including an on screen monitor of all the battery rows. Incase there's a problem, it'll let ya know. I definitely recommend the upgrade if u know what ur doing. This modification is not for the inexperienced. U could explode the whole pack if not done correctly. But if u know ur way around high amp then a daly bms is a must. So yea u probly do have a 100amp bms low buget, made in china jobby. 120a Daly bms. 6 gauge wire for the main power from the battery to the controller. And programmed the controller. That's it!

How are you doing Green Leo man. Whatever you do when you buy a framing kit do not buy motorcycle fairing kit because the hose won’t line up my mistake. I bought a kid and it did not lineup now. I have to do some work on it so it can fit on my bike. I bought the ninja 300 furring kit original ninja fairing and it did not line up or match, paid lots of money for it not gonna get it. I’m gonna do everything possible so I could get it on my bike. Just letting you know be careful bye sharing kit that pertains to the bike.

No. I mean once in a while i dont get my order, but I've always been fully refunded. And all the ebike stuff is good. Just read the fine print.
