To have a voice like that and to be such a great guitar player and songwriter, Vince has worked hard and he deserves to hang with these musicians on that stage.

He used to dress so sharp (Every woman loves a sharp dressed man). Everyone on stage dresses better than Vince. He looks like he got up on a Saturday morning and put on clothes to take out the garbage. Nice playing as usual at least.

@@revelationsoundstudio this was the next to the last song. He started the evening in a dress coat. He played for 4 hrs. Give him a break. He’s awesome.

The guitar says more when played less. Absolute master of the art of less is more.😊
@Ray.J3 ай бұрын
He tells a funny story about that. He was sitting in on a recording and had a guitar solo. After the first take, the producer said “that’s really good, let’s do it again but don’t show us everything you know.” Something to that effect anyway. He learned a great lesson that day. He is awesome, both as a musician and as a person.

When I think of the performers that keep country music true to it's roots in our modern times I think of George Strait, Alan Jackson and last but not least Vince Gill.
