@RunAdventurer There are a lot of hidden things under this ground that we are not supposed to know about my mate. Even though the ground is soggy, wet, and damp, there is already planning permission to go ahead. The thing is when and why.

What fascinating history. I think that the best adventures don't just take us geographical distance but also, with a bit of imagination, allow us to time travel too. Those Anglo-Saxon crosses must be at least 1000 years old, it's amazing they're still standing.

The carpark just to the left of the ASDA petrol station is the Matalan car park and you get 4 hours there. Appreciate this is an old video but it’s the first of yours that has been suggested to me!!

Simon. My Grandfather came to Sandbach from Stoke. He worked as a farmer in the Pipper Hollow area. Worked all hours. The story was you can hear Bagpipes but only on a full moon. He never witnessed anything sadly.

The Kingswood used to be the same until the holiday cottages went up. The access road is like the M6 sometimes. Things aren’t changing for the better. I’ve noticed that the bridleways around the Chester zoo area are not being attended to and some are totally blocked. Nice video👍

I come from an earlier generation: early 50's to late 60's. There were fewer houses back then. I was at primary school with Mr. Jackson and Mr. Ellison. My mother was the lollypop lady ( before the bridge obviously). As early teens we would meet up at the tennis club: Jane Bebbington, Pam Barnes ( the only girl to ever beat me at tennis), Greta Voorens, Cherrie Smith, Joy Smith, Stanley Grice; are any of them still around? Happy childhood memories.

So, the wrist band is calibrated from the reading of the cuff band. Question: if you are stressed at the time of the cuff reading then the wrist band readings are all going to be wrong. Or am I missing something? Please don't say you should be calm when you take your cuff reading. If you are concerned about something, you are concerned and sitting calmly does not change that.
@RunAdventurer
@RunAdventurer 3 ай бұрын
When you recalibrate if the reading has changed it asks you to wait and relax and repeat, if it’s still markedly different it asks you to redo it the following day

Hi, thanks for reply. Although it’s marked as uk or ce, it will be the international version if yours has the same serial number. Also this model has the spare cable socket just under handlebars with the end covered in tape. This socket is for the throttle kit. Only the international version has this. The boxes and labelling are all the same so they can import the bikes. The genuine CE version hub motor is much smaller and is the same diameter as the rear sprocket. When I received mine I was confused as I ordered the Int version but the box and labels said otherwise. Ado have assured me this is the Int version though. You can only find out with the throttle installed as assist on all versions is 25kph but on throttle upto 30kph is possible (on private land of course)

Hi, Is this the International or CE Version Air20? I am looking to confirm what is written on the hub motor. I have been informed by ADO that the Air20 international version hub motor serial number engraved on the motor start with ADO and that the CE motor number starts with RM or similar. Can anyone in the UK or Europe with a CE version confirm what the number stamped on their motor starts with. The first line all appear the same on both International and CE versions and is: "ADO 36V/250W CE". The 2nd line on mine starts with "AMPY0332????????", and this ADO tell me is an international version but would like to confirm with anyone that has a UK or CE version.

Yes pacing yourself is the key, I think. I'm just getting back to fitness after a few months of illness and I'm feeling so much better now. My training is bike commuting as it's the thing that fits seamlessly into the time I have available and uses up dead time that I would be just sat in the car. I agree with you about experiencing the changing seasons and I love it. I cycle all year round, even in snow and ice and prefer off road trails where I've witnessed stoats fighting, kestrels hunting metres from me, seasonal migrations at the local nature reserve and love to listen for the first chiff chaff, etc. There's nothing like getting out in nature to connect you to life itself.

Really enjoying the content - there really aren't any outdoors/running/cycling channels in and around Cheshire, so you're a veritable goldmine of possible local routes and days out. In terms of health issues, the eBiking will let you create content well into old age when running gets too difficult! 🙂 Totally understand the time constraints - currently working full time with 2 young children, so unless I'm out at the crack of dawn or sacrifice my lunch I can't get out to do anything!
