Aren't the limited edition rooftop units sold out already? Is it 16 floors tall? I loved Cancun, but I can't stand traffic now, so thinking Tulum might be better, however I have heard of numerous instances of corrupt cops/cartel issues, which is no bueno. I feel Cancun is safer in that respect, just so busy. But this place seems like a resort! Are there restaurants on site?

Serious problems with establishing legal ownership in Tuulum in particular and the state of quintanna roo in general. Cartels control the state.

I bought a place in Playa. What makes it set itself apart from the rest are the people . People will kill you with kindness. Just love it there. The summers are hot though so it’s definitely a place for seasonal living.
