on this sled i had headlight covers you can order off of royal distribution, on my last sled my summit i got some window screen and pulled it over the headlight and hot glued it on the backside and liked how that worked out, headlights look completely black but when your lights on it’ll shine through the screen no problem

You must have a lot of weight on the front end meaning shocks set on soft and limiter strap tight. That thing should pull the front end up pretty good especially with a bigger lug track. I have a 2003 mxz 500 (zx chassis) and a 2000 mxz 500. Both act like the front end is light👍🏻

What handlebar risers did you have on the 500 I have a 500 and I want to get some in the next ear

First risers I put on it were 4-6 inch adjustable risers I don’t know the brand but they had the 2 bolts in the sides and I found they would always turn out and my handlebars would fall down, after I was sick of them I went to just a 8 inch rsi riser

If you want adjustable risers I’d recommend the ski doo adjustable riser I got on my summit now, it’ll fit all you needa buy is that bar that bolt onto the flat steering stem to clamp the riser too
