I'm not going to lie I'm rather disappointed in this cover, I love PTV honestly I really think they could have done so much better, and I know this comment will probably get quite a bit of negative response but I'm sorry that is my honest opinion, and seriously I am in no way hating, I really do love Pierce the veil's music, if they even were to only match half of the energy that you feel from their other music in this cover you already know that they would absolutely spank it

I prefer Patrick's voice over Vic's (Sorry Vic) he has a wider range and can fit many genres like soul, reggae or ska, but the instrumentals are better than Fall Out Boy's, I'd say PTV are more... experimental with their sound in their genre. This also has a more raw and authentic sound, so uhh, I'm not sure which one is better. They're both good and both are bands I love to listen, so I'm leaving it as a tie.

I have to say this cover is way better than the FOB cover, this cover actually sounds like the original only without the brilliant and beautiful Eddie Van Halen's solo. I love MJ but Van Halen is much better in my book. I actually like this one because they did not try to attempt Eddie's solo and fuck it up like FOB did.
