First time I saw these guys live was at Mercury Cafe in Denver back in like 96 or 97. I bought the C*** Rock hoodie and album there!

After all these many years I never new that skate master Tate had a band none the less a track in public domain. The first skate video I ever saw it's forever burnt in to my mind. I still skate to this day out of all my friends there only two of us who still ride.

As I look back now it's exactly how you said But it made no difference to the life that I led The route that I took may mean that I learnt hard But you only get one chance to make things play the way you're dreamin' of I didn't know then but then what the fuck is life for I still regret it, but now I strong than before And this strength will open up new doors See things I never saw before I never claim I'm the blessed I have faith in myself and belief in this message No I never claim I'm the blessed I have belief in my strengths and respect for my weakness Cos he who can learn to respect and seek to understand Can overcome or learn to play another hand Yes he who can learn to respect and seek to understand Can look back and say Now I'm stronger than before My strength will open up new doors See things I never saw before I stand now focused again It takes time to reach a peace within I stand now focused again It takes time to reach your peace within You see to try but you never ask the question why Too concerned with your need for an alibi It's only try cos you never find your reason why Too concerned with your alibi

‘97. They recorded this on Empty records and another the same year on hopscotch called “three natural sixes” that features Halfman and a a few other rare tracks. If you want anything else uploaded let me know. I have everything they’ve ever publicly released. I have Halfman on my channel too.

Spotify cuts it off. It's cut wrong so the 1st half of the song is on the end of "Groovy Chick" which is the previous song on the album. I hate that it splits it

Every time you sleep Every time you blink Every time you drink I'm alive and well Every time you're weak. In the corner of your eye In the back of your mind On the tip of your tongue. In your anger you'll find. Free will to judge by your side try to reclaim what is rightfully mine In your time I will take you, In my time I will break you In a breath in a word, I am Right on time, a destiny I designed. I give you all that you need. I'm your greed. I'm your pride. You question all that is clear. To ignore is to pay. You beg for your life Yet you give it away. All the things that you thought you could always hide, Well, now it seems they're right outside, So I become and I beg to waste your time. It's not a waste of mine, And I've been waiting a long fucking time. Weakened by the disease called hate You'll come around, you'll share my fate. Hands up in your face and brain. You think we can't see them, you think I can't be them. Well, give them to me. I'll set you free from every worry and care And all the things that you've lost you may have lost them to me but I never lied. I told you one day you'd want this to stop. Try to understand I could not foresee this. Yes, you understood that in time you'd be this. I beat you once. I'll defeat you again. You can't win. This will never end. It's the end of the fall, It's the end of your season as your senses fleet I become your reason. At the bottom you can clear you head. This same mistake I know I can't make again.

One plus one doesn’t equal two It equals me without you The other one can stand for you And all the things that you’d I’d do It can stand in place of where you used to be I thought you said that you were there for me Next time could you do as you promised? Is that too much for you to be honest? Remember the words you used to sing? I remember the way they made me feel I wish I could go back in time To when those words you said were real I lived your life of make believe I wonder what you think you would achieve I was wrong to put my trust in you If I don’t say goodbye, I never will Never doesn’t have to start today Can we go back to yesterday? I never wanted to push you into anything Remember the words you’d sing Remember the words you used to sing? I remember the way they made me feel I wish I could go back in time To when I thought those words you said were real

@@TheLandos45 I mean I think there was another version. Like just little differences and the snare stood out more. At least from my recollection. A kid from California I was pen pal with around early 2000 sent the track to me, I might still have on a CDr somewhere.
