Polly Nichols was murdered on 31st August 1888, NOT 3rd April. That was then Emma Smith was murdered. Mary Ann Kelly was murdered on 9th November 1888, NOT 13th February 1891. That was when Frances Coles was murdered. Emma and Frances were the first and last possible victims of Saucy Jack. Neither is numbered amongst the canonical five. These facts are available on Wikipedia, for goodness' sake. If you can't get basic things like this right, how can I believe anything else you say?

Steve passed away in Sept 2021 but until the end he was still dedicating himself to his craft of paranormal research. What I most respected about his work is that if he didn't capture it, it wasn't included. That being said I want to mention the oddities that occurred during this particular investigation, as it's the last one that he did. 1) Upon entering the house, we heard crashing down the basement stairs. Opening the door, we saw a broom and mop at the bottom of the stairs. The appliance that secured the items were one of those old metal grip type. 2) while preparing an EVP session in the living room, the kitchen cabinets banged open and closed. 3) I took care to make certain that every light was out when we were leaving. When we reached the stairs above the house where the car was parked, I looked down at the house and saw that the 1st floor back-room light was on. I went back down and did another walk through, turned that light off and left. The next day the owner asked why we left the porch light on. We didn't. 4) Steve and I prepared for over a week for this investigation and charging the batteries was a strong focal point. That those batteries drained as quickly as they did was very questionable. My friends bought the house but never moved in and put it back on the market. Before the investigation I posted a picture of the house on my FB page and an old classmate asked me the address, told me that years back his grandmother (Hazel) owned the house and also passed in it. He was 6 yrs. old at the time but present when she passed. I found that odd that another friend had a direct connection to that home. He was kind enough to come forward and confirm some of what I picked up on my initial walkthrough as well as share some personal information that we would otherwise have not known. I miss Steve & Nell tremendously. They were a great team and I feel honored that they not only included me but shared their learned knowledge n experiences. May all of these mysteries be known to them now. -Debbie Franks

We had a screaming cemetery here in Atlantic Canada. Three friends and I got brave, went in at dusk and immediately got serenaded by a nest full of screech owls.😂

Iused to work there when i was 16/17ish and the story I knew of the james ody room was that she was bricked up in the wall after listening in on a private conversation. I have heard a scream in the corridor on the first floor then I heard foot steps running up the stairs I ran up the stairs and could feel someone heavy breathing behind me. Ive seen the ghost of the woman 3 times. one was outside the housekeepers office on the 2nd floor looked up and saw a guest walking towards me on the other side of the door, I moved out of the way but nobody came throgh the door. another occasion i was about to walk through the same door and saw a lady looking out the window i said good morning but she didn't respond. the last time i saw her was on my last day i had just finished cleaning james ody bent down to pick my things and she was stood next to me, I got a weird feeling but wasn.t scared.

I agree with the majority of the other comments, just the relaxed and factual tone of this video is a welcomed change from so many “ghost” videos one encounters on the internet. Thanks for the respect and decorum you observe when visiting this place :)

I do feel quite a lot of the things interpreted as speech are just electronic noises. I could be wrong of course. That is just my own attempt to understand events. I have lived in several haunted houses & never needed to sit there with a spirit box looking for spirits. They appeared & spoke of their own accord & many of the things I saw & heard were backed up by others experiences. I imagine it is difficult to make a programme about this sort of subject though, as these sort of phenomina are not exactly biddable. I enjoyed the programme thankyou.

That 'spirit box' makes enough noise to put off or drown out any actual spirits.

I was shocked to hear you say that your friend Nell lost her brave battle with cancer...May she sleep in peace under the protection of the Lord until the youngest day. I will remember her!
