Looks like this lunch menu is 4,000 yen because it uses Australian wagyu, according to Misono's website and a disappointed Google Maps review.

What is “raw beer?”
@teppanjapan2022 Жыл бұрын
The Picture is the meat before baking, so it's raw meat.

What I love about this place when compared to so many others is the lack of a salt shaker being rattled over every item. Letting the ingredients speak for themselves with minimal seasoning.

If the chef had spent less time making the "teppan" shiny, you would have had hot food served to you more quickly. In other words, serve the *customer* first, then clean up. Otherwise, it's just rude.
@teppanjapan20222 жыл бұрын
It wasn't until all the dishes were served that the chef polished the iron plate. Food was always freshly served
@andrewsharpe25872 жыл бұрын
@@teppanjapan2022 It did not look like that to me. He was cleaning it, and your trout was still plated waiting to be served to you. I'm glad you thought the service was better.

Then you’ll complain that there is burning food and that the chef doesn’t know how to cook because he didn’t clean up the mess. Stop being such a Karen, Ken!
@andrewsharpe25872 жыл бұрын
@@CyndiGarguilo A Karen? Normally, I'd never see how the food was cooked. I get that this is mostly show, but cleaning up when the food is ready to be served seems... wrong.
@andrewsharpe25872 жыл бұрын
The trout service was so slow, I'm sure it is cold when you got it. He should not cleaned up before serving it.
