The Fiora was just bad. The way you play into a Fiora as Sett is build Bruiser instead of Heartsteel. Building Heartsteel in that matchup makes you a big fool, as she can buy DS and not even Chempunk can solve the sustain of Fiora. Fiora also deals %HP TRUE damage, so you end up in a bad situation always
