If I were in the market for a condo this is what I'd look for: 1. Central A/C ...just to get that out of the way. :) 2. Private descent size balcony 3. Bedrooms = 2 (opposite sides of the unit from each other) 4. Bathrooms = 2 full 5. Walk-in closet in the primary bedroom 6. A large shower (no tub) with a bench in primary 7. Space for a king size bed in primary + side tables 8. Second bathroom should have a bathtub instead of a shower only 9. A den (optional I think); but a real defined area and not an indentation with only room for a laptop. 10.Open space concept living area 11. Kitchen not necessarly large, but not small either 12. Parking (titled) - underground; spaces 2, but could live with just one 13. Price ...I dunno. :)

You, like always, did a great job presenting this home. But .....I'm not a fan of it though (for me). I don't like that there is no elevator, no ensuite laundry, I would want the bedrooms to be away from each other and not next to each other, the kitchen is too small. I'm not even going to ask about A/C. 😆 Like always, thanks for posting/sharing. Cheers!

Good home bones that's for sure. Move in ready. However, I'd wrap the appliances and move them out of the way because that kitchen gets a total renovation. And I would sand those hardwood floors and stain them a little darker. That basement is perfect so nothing needs to be done down there. Upstairs I see some bathroom renovations in its future. Not sure about all that upstairs carpet, but I guess one could live with it for a while. Thanks for posting/sharing. Cheers! :)

This Unit sold over asking at $271,500 - Ps. For Calgary's inner city, condo fees between $500-600/month are the average and very hard to find anything lower unless it is of a significantly smaller size, with a significantly different building - ie. no underground parking, in-suite laundry or any extra amenities

Most condo fees in the inner city/ just outside of it in Calgary are in the $450-550/month range and most have an outdoor parking stall 🤷🏽♀😕

This home was nicely done. I like the kitchen space. I might change out that stove and maybe the backsplash. The not-real-wood floors ....well it might be too closely to change out so I guess I could live with them. :) And you know I'm going to ask ....I didn't spy and wall/ceiling vents so ....no central air? 😮 Thanks for posting/sharing. Pink Floyd! And you're wearing shorts! My aren't we causal today. :) The condo is nice. I too, am impressed with it having a car wash bay. I actually never heard/seen such a thing on the grounds of an apartment/condo building. For a one bedroom it was nicely done. I might redo the kitchen counters and replace the stove/oven, but that's about it in there. I didn't notice any signs of central air so .....? Is parking assigned or titled? Thank you!!! Hahaha my seller always wears music tees so he inspired my look for this one 🙈 - I would do the same things and am always jealous of the car wash bays, so convenient! No A/C - remember most apartments in Calgary sadly don't come with A/C unless the owner puts one in afterwards.
