It was all fun and games until the 46 minute mark. Now coherence has to come into play. Great video. It really makes me wonder what sort of problems full blown 64 bit processors are currently running into right now.

Bulldozer was a risk AMD took, it is a great innovation towards multithreaded processing however it is currently underutilized due to applications not optimized for addressing so many cores. CMT/SMT will be the future of processor technology but as of now single core IPC is vital, this is one of many advancements AMD has made in the x86 sector, people do not realize how much of AMD's technology intel has adapted over the years. AMD is an amazing innovator with very little resources.
