I can't recommend specific shops, but I'll provide you with the locations so you can go and make your own judgment. 1) Chatuchak Weekend Market - I found two shops there. The young couple seller at Section 25 Soi 2/2 is professional and has good customer service. There one another shop of an elderly couple, both were really easy to talk to, and they're located in Section 25 Soi 2/6. 2) Bang Sue Junction Shopping Center - across from Chatuchak Weekend Market - go to the upper floors. 3) JJ Mall Chatuchak - next to the Chatuchak Weekend Market 4) Amulet Market - there are shops along that road that sell banknotes, antiques, etc. 5) The Old Siam Plaza - there's a soft-spoken grandpa selling banknotes inside a coin and amulet shop on the upper floors. 6) Grand Postal Building - there are a few collectible shops within a few hundred feet of the Grand Postal Building 7) Bank of Thailand Learning Center - there's a shop next to the BOT Learning Center. I didn't have a good experience and didn't buy any, but there are a few shops around that area. 8) SC Plaza - there's a former naval admiral who set up a shop there. He sells medals, banknotes, etc. across from the amulet outlet. I searched in Thai and English search on Google Map, and there weren't that many shops pop-up, there were a few that I went to and it was the wrong location or the shop was no longer open.
