I think previously he had a Stall on road at Muktanand 3 Rasta in 1985 , I had tasted it over there Even tasted at opp Bank of Baroda as well as VIP Road outlet also , since I am based in Kolkata whenever I came I tried it Last week of August 2024 I was there and went to nearby areas also but could not get chance to try it Again will visit Vadodara from Oct 31 st to Nov 30 This time I will visit at least 3- 4 times to taste as many items they serves

Most of street food vendors and food stall cooks and workers don't follow any personal hygiene like wearing cap, hand gloves, apron etc. They don't cut nails and most of them will have fungal infections since they use bare hands. There will not be any clean water to clean plates and potable water for drinking. All the street dust generated due to traffic will get in to food. Most of the food and water borne diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, typhoid are due to eating from such centers. The cooking oil they use is 76%palm oil or 6%cheap recycled oil for deep frying which is known to cause heart disease, cancer, etc. Most of these food vendors give cheap adulterated sauce and ketchup. Educated should never visit such stalls. Even eating rice kanji prepared at home is healthy and cost effective. Regular eaters at such stalls become fixed deposits for doctors and hospitals. Their life time earning gets drained by way of hospital expenses. Don't support street food vendors. 'Jeeb ko sudharlo, Jeevan sudharega'
