To get the most out of your grenade launcher, you should really only use it once they are stunned, for maximum chance of hitting, and max damage output.

The shoulder mounted Songbirds are a much better grenade option instead of the arm one.

You missed several free parts and combat logs on the infiltrate grid mission.
