Checked for blowby on mine and it had a vacuum. From what I understand that might be the culprit for my emission code.

My 2013 Chevy Tahoe temperature gauge is going past the 210 mark, and the fans are very loud. In the past I changed the engine air filter and that seemed to work along with getting my oil changed simultaneously. Now it is back to doing the same thing and running hot I assume and causing the fans to be on and loud which has me worried. Any suggestions or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sir would it fit a person who is 5^2, I used to ride, Yamaha RX135, RD350, Honda CB250 style Japanese bikes in India growing up With notoriously lagging infra, we had 200cc, 350cc restrictions in areas Now I am in CA, as a 16yr old my dream was to get a MS in US. Would a CSC 250 comparable to a RX135, 27-29 inch seat height

no shame in a small bike when the wife and kids come first..we all have to live through that period..kids are more important.... speed limits are slowly coming down here in uk... 250cc will soon be more than enough

My Harkey came with an AGM battery. Didnt last a year. Warranty paid for that. Lead acid last for years as long as it maintains a charge.

Don't see it in the comments, so I'll mention that this bike has the same motor as the TT250 dual sport that CSC also sells. They sold that for a few years before they brought this one out, and still do. It's a solid bike, with a number of years of real-world experiences. They're not perfect, but they're better than the price suggests they should be.

Pretty good video, but I have a small issue with your terminology. On a 1.4 Cruze/Sonic motor there are actually two PCV check valves. One is located inside the intake manifold and the other is at the turbo inlet. If you follow the hose that passes by the vacuum regulator diaphragm, the round disk you incorrectly refer to as the PCV valve, it will lead you to the turbo. The second PCV valve is inside at that connection point. This valve seldom fails. The one in the intake is usually the issue. Once it fails it can cause the vacuum regulator to fail, the front crank seal to fail, the two Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve (CPASV) seals to fail, the valve cover gasket and the oil pan gasket just to name a few. I am curious how your repairs have held up thus far.

I love this bike. So it’s an even more ridiculous reason that I’m not jumping on it … I don’t like the lines where the tank flows into the battery cover. It’s perfect and has that look that I love … but that battery cover … might see if I find a photo or video showing the frame under it to see if it’d be possible to change it out with a more Triumph or BSA styled cover. Or ,,, I could just get over it.

Could this cause water to leak from the rear dvd/Dome lights? 2007 Tahoe - I can’t find anyone with the same issue. But when it rains - water just pours from the dome lights that are attached to the dvd player therefore soaking my floorboards. This is a Tahoe with the 3rd row seating as well but no leaking anywhere else.
@dadfixesreviewsridesandinv3092 жыл бұрын
i havent come across that issue. there are good forums online that may be able to help you with it. if the tahoe has a sunroof, the leak could be steming from there

Just bought 2022 model for my son's college commute. It came with SLA battery but I replaced it with LiFePO4. He currently rides 1967 Bridgestone 200RS (I bought a non-runner junk and restored it with full engine rebuild) but told me the battery goes flat every 3~4 days. Maybe ACG going... That's the reason for this new bike. Good to know tightening bolts thing. Yes CSC says we should but like you I might have ignored it. I like your model year better with analog gauges but what can I do and it's my son's ride anyway.

You don't ride much because of the wife and 3 kids. So either you don't ride at all anymore or the third kid keeps your wife occupied so you you should be able to ride more...lol

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 1.4L engine it has 180,000 mile. I have been getting a P0420 code. I would go away and come back. I fixed it just by disconnecting the Negative side on the battery 1st. Now find the computer it’s on the side where the battery is. It’s has 3 connectors on it. I disconnected all 3 connectors and cleaned each side male and female connector with CRC 05103 QD Electronic Cleaner. Let it dry 15 minutes. I plugged all 3 back in. I installed negative battery cable. I started and drove the car 50 miles. The error comes back. I tried the 1 gallon of Lacquer thinner in a half a Tank gas. This did work for 450 miles and than the engine light came back. Next I replaced O2 Sensor in the front side of the car . I think it’s Bank 1 Position 2 right below Catalytic in front of the car . The GM part# 55572216. I used Denso 234-4528. The cleared the error code. The Engine light came back on. Update 3/29/23- At a 192,000 Miles. Now I replaced the other O2 Sensor that is under the car I think it’s Bank1 Position 1 - GM part# 55572993. I used Denso 234-4780. I cleared the engine light I drove 200 miles No engine light yet. I just got the car Inspected too. It passed. I hope this is it.
