02:27 so you can finally record both externally and to the sd card? In one of your videos you stated that it couldn't do it. Was the problem overcome with the pro res raw or the crop mode? Thanks

Hi, thanks for the comment. To be honest I don't remember if or how it was possible with the ProRes RAW. I don't have the camera anymore and I can't test it now.

Hi Julian! Congratulations for your job here! I'm asking you for a suggestion on the cameras you're talking about in this video. I am a caver and I am switching from the SLR world to the mirrorless world, more for stabilization ( when I can I try to limit the use of the tripod, for close-up and macro shots ). Also considering that I shoot in pretty extreme environments, with humidity, dust, mud etc, so I need a sort of tank! I use radio flashes (godox)and led spotlights, so the shutter speeds are usually 1/30 , 1/10 , 1/8 . I was looking at the S5Mkii just for the stabilization and color science ( of speed I don't give a damn ) and also the price factor is very attractive. I use wide angle and macro optics with static scenes. Thank you very much and hope to read you! Bye

Just to clarify you need a camera for photography not a video right? As a photo camera I prefer the canon, for video lumix. Also canon works better with godox than lumix, in my experience.

@juliankrakow yes i take only photos! For a moment i saw the A7Cii for dimensions ( less weight equal less baggy and less effort ), but i m not convinced about.

@@giacomogh3238 I actually own the a7cII, I thought I will really like this camera because it has great specs for video and photography but the low resolution EVF and the screen are bothering me so much that I almost never use it, and keep it as back up.

Thank you! I have been looking for an answer as to whether you can film regular ProRes with the Ninja V with the S5iix but everyone is so obsessed with ProRes Raw. I just need ProRes HQ at C4K, so this is great!

Hi can i disable my focus ring? Like i dont use manual focus i rely mostly on auto focus. But sometimes when im holding the lens then i accidentally twist the focus ring when holding a lens. Like i want to have it no function at all

Hi :) I have a quick question: I got the xPro Trigger and the TT-685SII, but I'm having trouble setting the flash to slave mode. I can't seem to switch the mode from Rx to slave on the flash. Do you have any ideas about what I might be doing wrong? Thank you!

Hi may i check how do you get the r6ii screen on when connecting with external monitor ? Cause my screen will turn black when connecting to the external monitor

That’s the only way to use it. If you go in the settings and turn on both the camera screen and external monitor, you will lose the ability to record. So basically you need to operate of your monitor if you want to attach one

I don't have any gear now .. I used to have 5dmark3 in 2016... But I changed my field as currently working in the restaurant business industry. I want to target small restaurants and small businesses for social media and products photography, as I have planned to give free 30 sec, 1 min reels for Snapchat, tiktok and Instagram. Just to build my portfolio on Instagram and other platforms. Plus I'll do street photography as I'm living an expat in Saudi Arabia. I belong to Pakistan.

I'm confused basically I have plan of getting R6 mark 2 just 4 months used with RF 24-105 4L and RF 100 2.8 + 256 GB card 300MB/s In 3465 USD. On the other hand R5mark2 is 4265 USD. I also don't have any lens. There are 2 options first is buy the 2 lens with R62 or 2nd option is R52 with Rf50 1.8... later on I'll upgrade my lens 24-105.. is it worth to sacrifice more money. I want 4,5 years future safe. If you're in my place what you'll do?? Is it good offer or suggest me any other option!!

@@iabdulhaseeb With the r62 and the lenses you are ready to go and shoot. For social media content you don’t need more than that, and if your business will do well you can always upgrade later. Also, you will properly have to spend some money on lighting too.

@@iabdulhaseeb I think the r6II is available for you now and you can start working and making money now instead of waiting for some body that will come later. After using the r6II for a while you will know if you really need the more expensive body or not, also you will know which functions of those new cameras are more important to you based on your own experience. So then you can choose r52 or r63

@@iabdulhaseeb The price looks OK but I don’t know the used gear prices in your country that is something you have to research yourself. Make sure the camera has no dents and all the ports are working. Ask what is the shutter counter and if the camera has guarantee, it should have since it’s only 4 months old. Also, make sure the guarantee is transferable to other person. If not go with the seller to Canon store and request full check and cleaning which should be free if he has guarantee.
