Not that Cyndi absolutely needed it, but Johnny Carson became a huge supporter for her when she was ready to break out and he truly admired her and her talent. WE all have someone that come into our life at a specific time that helps us move forward. Johnny was a unlikely and potent aly for Cyndi Lauper.
