Just found your KZbin channel this last year, and I'm so glad I did. I attended tai chi classes in Canberra many years ago. I'm now living in the UK and have just started doing tai chi again after a long break, but can't attend a class at present. Your instructions are so clear I feel confident to take it up again, revisiting some of the things I learnt in Canberra and learning a lot of new movements as well. Thanks so much Konrad.

Is it possible for you to make a video where you break down the various parts of the form into steps so that we can follow along and learn?
@supremetaichi Жыл бұрын
I do plan to make an instructional video of this form sometime in the future.

Is this an authentic form or one of your own creation? Not a thing wrong with it being your own creation if it is. If this is a traditional tai chi form from which System is it?
@supremetaichi Жыл бұрын
This is not my creation and I am not sure where it originated.

Is there a tutorial on this form. Is it possible for you to teach the form on KZbin. Ive never seen this form and I would really like to learn!
@supremetaichi2 жыл бұрын
Hi Ivan, thanks for your question, I don't have a tutorial on this form but I will consider doing one in the future but it does need a lot of space and is difficult to do indoors... Here is another version I did more recently kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJSlZHZ4m5qXitk

Supreme Ultimate is a redundancy
@Simon-ty9fr3 жыл бұрын
Ultimate also means 'being or happening at the end of a process'. Supreme meaning 'very great' or 'greatest' so no it is not a redundancy
@supremetaichi3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It is meant to be an English translation of the words Tai (meaning extreme or grandest) and Chi (meaning limit or ultimate). From Chinese tái ‘extreme’ + ji ‘limit’; t'ai chi ch'uan literally means ‘great ultimate boxing’

Excellent video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off guide for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.
@supremetaichi Жыл бұрын
I haven't heard about that, I will check it out.
@chrisslade56445 жыл бұрын
Lots of tension being held in the body, which is inhibiting energy flow. Once removed the movement will f-l-o-w as it should. Thanks for the video, very useful.

Hi. Is this how you learned the form or did you change the movements order yourself? Also many of the movements are done differently then in the original form of Prof. Lin Housheng. IT would be a pleasure to share the original form with you if you are interested. I am a indoor student and representative of Professor Lin Housheng, the creator of the Taiji Qigong Shibashi system. Looking forward to exchange with you. Fabrice

Qigong18. Hi Fabrice,Thank you for your feedback. I'm very interested in learning the original form from you. Where do teach? You can contact me directly at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you. PS. Sorry it's taken so long to reply to your post but I don't check them very often.
