The fact of the matter is that basho core in its current state renders a lot of weapons way less useful than intended. There’s a reason it’s banned in organized play.

@@TheGlitterMan Basho has a dead zone on the top back of the core as well. So if you’re chasing someone who is above you, the only shots that will hit you are from recoil inaccuracy that just happened to stray below the center of the lock. There’s footage of it in your video where you just go forward against him as he’s backpedaling and you get hit by only one of his rifle shots. I am not saying you’re bad player, or even that you were worse than the opponent. I am just saying that abusing a bug doesn’t mean you outskilled another player

Moonlight is the only melee weapon that gets EN scaling.

The gattling guns a bit heavier. i did think about it though.

gatling is only better when you don't overheat it. You also wouldn't get the splash fire from inside the smoke

@@Cleptomancer gattling gun also does not get bonus damage from the generator as well.

@shirohigekaizoku Dual stun guns are not enough to trigger stagger bar. With Pulse Cannon it help sometime and it even can be use as punishment with this set up. I don't even have to lock on and just in the direction and it still hit most of the time.

it also counters shield play which is the bane to Stun guns

I’m happy to report I’ve since tried it out a bit more and it is better than I gave it credit for for sure. I’d still consider it the least useful weapon in game tho hehe

@shirohigekaizoku Noise. The pulse Cannon just to round up the build. It is not the main weapon. Plus you can punish shield with it.

He is carrying it to counter shield builds

It's not sped up. The pilot is using a technic called wobbling to throw off the enemy's FCS.
