Great video and all steps are still valid but how do we receive emails to the on-prem server. I tried creating an outbound connector from my o365 tenant to send/relay emails to the on-prem server but I am unable to Validate the connector because port 25 is not enabled in the Azure VM. How do I get past this stage. The domain is an accepted domain and Internal relay in o365 and MX points to o365 but I need the emails to be routed to the on-prem server in the Azure VM.

Hi Moh, thanks for all your helpful videos. I see that both exch 2016 and 2019 will go EoL October 2025. What will be the options for sites that want to remain hybrid after this date ? My plan is to move all mailboxes to EXO but having an EoL copy of exchange running on-prem is not ideal. Do you think MSFT will allow a free licence of the new EXCH for the purposes of mailbox mgt and keeping the schema right ?

And what about DMARC ?

Thanks for the video. I have a question. We have an environment where we want to manage inter subnet traffic using the firewall (network virtual appliance), and intra subnet traffic using NSG. So we will use UDR to route inter subnet traffic to the firewall. Is this doable? Will the UDR not override the NSG policy? Where do we apply the NSG in this case? On the subnet or NIC?
