Love the tips, excellent advice! Just following these simple tips definitely improves quality of life and health. I also have never drank alcohol or used tobacco products, it really makes a difference for overall health! I drank soda (or pop as you call it there 😄) when I was a teen and early 20s, but then gave that up thankfully!

I'm 73 and many things prevent me from doing what I want. Bad things happen when I ignore the reality of old age. It's like telling kids they can be whatever they want to be when nothing could be further from the truth. We all have innate talents and skills that make some pursuits viable and others unlikely.
@sarahgee6690
@sarahgee6690 6 күн бұрын
I understand what you're saying and I don't think anyone should ignore the reality of their age or their abilities however that's not what my point was. I'm saying that a person should continue to try things (within reason of course) and not let their age stop them. I am not going to become a prima ballerina at 48 but I could take a ballet class. I can still try something and be realistic about it.

Hey Sarah, this is a wonderful and timeless message. I just turned 51 this year and honestly, this is the same attitude I've had throughout most of my life. Don't be so concerned with what others think, just be yourself and enjoy the day to day, age is only a number, and we are who we are always. The one place that I've encountered ageism is in job hunting but that's another story. I appreciate you taking the time to create and upload this video. Subbed, and looking forward to your future vids.

Hi Sarah, it's a pleasure to meet you. I really liked this video… And I wanted to get in touch which you, in order to propose you something: I would really like to type every single word you say in the video and translate all of them to generate Spanish subtitles for that video. That way, it truly can reach a lot of more people, specifically non-native English speakers. I live in Mexico, and just like any other country in Latin America, some content is not available in our language (Spanish). So now, I take this role trying to look for a way to start changing that. I believe your content is important and it is popular, so I would like to share it with the people of my country having it available in our language for everyone interested. Thank you very much for having some time to read this, I hope you can find it interesting too Kind regards, David Molina Solis. I will attach my LinkedIn profile. I'm a recently graduated Engineer.

I've been watching your videos for some time now. I absolutely love your outlook on life. You come across as a very kind hearted & considerate person which is rare in todays world. I think the reason for your youthfulness is probably because you manage your stress level well, also you seem like you have a clean heart that doesn't hold too much negative energy. I look very very worn down for my age. I'm chronically stressed & I have depression & anxiety. I don't know if things will get better or not for me but I've recently decided to improve my life for good. Good luck and Happy Birthday to you 🎉🎉

I think your decision to improve your life will work out for you because you've made the choice in your head for good things to come your way. Btw, I have anxiety too and I have found through fitness, breathing exercises and reading books on the subject to be extremely helpful to me. When I first saw you I thought "wow what great hair!". So you wear extensions? You have a lot of hair! I lost a lot of hair at 20 and have struggled for decades to grow it back. I use a product called DermMatch that has really helped cover the spots that will never return. Happy Birthday!!!

I really like the ordinary multi peptide density serum. It has mixed reviews and I really didn’t see results until about 2-3 bottles in. I don’t use it according to the instructions though, I do use it before my shower while I am oiling my hair. I noticed my temples and sides growing in a lot thicker. I have also focused on upping my protein and cutting back on gluten so it could be that too. Hair shedding is so hard to deal with! Sorry you are having to go through it 😢sending positive thoughts your way!

Hi, Daniela! I'm so sorry you've been dealing with this for a year. That must be very frustrating. I mentioned to my doctor about being perimenopausal and it's a major possibility as I'm turning 48 next month but she said that it's not a condition and that they wouldn't treat it because it's a normal cycle to go through. I'm in Canada and if I want to see a dermatologist I have to get a referral through my family doctor. You're so lucky you can get everything checked out. Thank you so much!! I often wear my hair down at home but when I go out it's usually in a clip or a braid. Especially in the winter when I wear my winter coat and a beanie I have to put my hair in a braid to protect it from getting major tangles. ❤

You can ask the nurse for an alcohol swab. If you hold it under your nose it should help.

I make my own shampoo using herbs I bought from Amazon. The recipe I use is from a lady from India has a video on yt explaining the recipe. It’s really helping my hair grow faster and new baby hairs emerge. I am now getting ready to turn the recipe into a homemade shampoo bar using a mango “soap base” which I also bought from Amazon. The soap base is all natural and non-toxic. I also oil my hair. I have recently been switching to using all-natural products for everything else in my life: hair conditioner, laundry, dishes, cleaning products, makeup etc. the product brand I buy is called Attitude and their makeup is called Oceanly. The thing I like is that it’s EWG verified meaning verified to be non-toxic. EWG has an app and a website to look up if products are verified or how they rate on the toxic scale. I will never use toxic products again. Maybe that path might help with your hair too? Ps I’m also dying my hair with ash henna to blend the greys. No way I’m ever using regular hair dye again. ✅ 💗🙏
