I learned this form when I was 17 and I still practice it to this day. Love me some George Xu, he's a grandmaster of internal mechanics.

This Tai Chi old frame is very precious. I learned part of it and it is indeed very good. Can you share more about this Tai Chi frame to prevent it from being lost? This allows fans from all countries to learn. This Tai Chi frame has been on the shelves for over ten years. Would you like bloggers to open the Yang Jianhou and Yang Banhou Tai Chi frames to prevent the precious frames from being lost and benefit mankind? Thanks to the blogger for sharing!

"ok, throw left straight punch." *side step* "see this is secret technique only chinese know." 1:58 dude almost got knocked off balance and the other guy stopped himself so quick he almost fell forward. seems like some kungflu to me

surely there has been a tai chi master who has won a fighting competition

tai chi is a form of kung fu. lets see some practical application out of the youtubers.

!!!! @1:59 As you can see here, hes bending from the hips, not the back. This one may very well be authentic unlike all those chiropractor patients in the other videos bending their spine.

of course chi is real. its called metabolic exchange. science. dude in the video knows all about science. it helped make his air force yi

you can tell this dude is a fraud by the way he bends his back. us martial artists bend at the waist.

I love practicing the 10 animal forms every Sunday and have so for close to 25 years. It's great so see how the body mechanics and movements translate into other martial arts. The imbeciles negatively commenting on here would take heed to learn what they can from an art after actually trying it out themselves, not just displaying ignorance from their keyboards. Thanks for sharing!

This looks different from what I am learning. It doesn't look like Lao Jia or Xin Jia. Do you know where this branch comes from?

until i see them go full stop, these slow tai chi movements do not prove any proof to authenticity.

All abbreviated and hided. It’s a form for self amusement or a bit exercise. But it’s useless for others .

Most people only know Chengfu style Yang, but it's fairly well accepted that Yang did not receive the same instruction that Jianhou and Banhou did. Don't conclude that what you have seen from Chengfu is all there is.
