Go to the RO>enter>SR>enter> menu and when SR flashes on the display, you can memorize the new remote (In the video you can watch the memorization procedure from minute 04:50 to minute 05:30).

Hello @romansanchezcabrera, after you remove the battery, you need to be sure to press both push-buttons SIMULTANEOUSLY. Keeping both push-buttons pressed, you must reinsert the battery and wait for the LED to flash 10 (TEN) times. Only after the tenth flash you can release the two push-buttons on the transmitter, which will have returned to the "out of factory" values.

@romansanchezcabrera, if the LED flashes 5 times it It could mean that AES-128 encryption has been enabled instead of factory reset and this would mean that only one of the two buttons has been pressed (maybe the other is broken...). This can be easily verified, once the procedure is finished, by pressing the buttons one at a time and looking at the LED: if the LED transmits with a fixed light it means that it is rolling-code; if the LED transmits fast flashing light, it means it is encrypted. Anyway, what is the reason why you need to perform Factory Reset?

@romansanchezcabrera, sorry but from the P15 version the ZEN SW has been modified and after the Factory Reset the LED flashes 5 slowly, while after the encryption procedure the LED flashes 5 fast. This means that your ZEN2 has successfully returned to factory settings.

Hi, if the EL16 is powered (PWR Green Led ON), please check if there are 24 VDC between terminals 0 and 1, then check the position of the COM-E operations selector and that the terminal 9 is bridged with terminal 1. Check that the jumper [J] is correctly inserted into DIR card connector on the left (first jumper on the top should be closed). Disconnect the COM-E function selector from EL16/DIR card and perform a SETTING RESET by keeping the OPEN button pressed (for 4 s), until the IN LED starts to flash. To confirm the operation, press the OPEN button again for 2 seconds within 4 seconds, at the end the door should work in two-way mode. Then reconnect COM-E and check the operations. If the EL16 is not powered (PWR Green Led OFF), please check main power line, the power supply unit fuse and the power supply unit output (approx. 27 VAC).

Hello Bubba K! The red and green combination may occurs in case of mistake during replacement of the factory code with a new one, but usually it never appears. Try to RESET the keypad to Factory Default condition by pressing simultaneously 7 and 9 keys together for 10 sec (if the operation is successful, the RED LED flashes for 10 sec). Then verify that the factory codes (CH1=3333, CH2=4444, CH3= 6666, CH4= 7777) are working, then enable the Code Change function by pressing key 5 for 3 sec (if the operation is successful, the RED LED flashes for 3 sec) and finally try to replace the factory code with a new one. Hola Martin, el error "IO" significa que el cuadro eléctrico detecta que el circuito de alimentación del motor está interrumpido debido a que el MOSFET (el componente electrónico que acciona el motor) no puede cerrar el circuito y por lo tanto alimentar el motor. Puede tratarse de una falsa alarma, que normalmente se soluciona realizando un RESET, es decir, desconectando el conector del motor, la red eléctrica y las baterías (si las hay) y volviendo a conectarlo todo, pero también puede ser que realmente haya fallado el MOSFET (Alarma "IO" persistente tras RESET) por sobretensión y en este caso será necesario sustituir la placa electrónica CS12M (el código de la placa electrónica de repuesto es NC6CS12M - contacta con tu instalador/distribuidor de confianza).
