How do we know if works?

If you burned the flash powder first it was a bad mixture for its mesh size, from my experience, flash powder can be a high velocity/high compaction explosive if contained the more contained it is the faster it will detonate.

Antenna length matters. Assuming this system uses 433mhz (or possibly even 868mhz, 915mhz), a quarterwave antenna would need to be around 6.5 inches in length to work properly. A halfwave would need to be double that. Something to keep in mind, and probably why it started working when you shortened the antenna.

I like this one and the older version. Hopefully I can get one or the other this year.

Simpler to when your using 2 different rc cars, sometime when u would use a controller that didn’t come with that rc it would still work on other rc in range because they were both using the same frequency’s.

The antenna worked when u pushed it down because it was getting jumbled up with the other frequency, peoples phones, speakers etc.. so when u brought it down the case insulated and helped the signals connect
