2:48 Notice how the water on the characters' clothes is like blue paint. Water that way does not work. Why do I mention this? Because I own(ed) the full DVD box set and there were lots of special materials you could look at on those DVDs. In particular, you could view production notes, they would show you actual artist commentary/notes on concept art for the show, like how to draw Hank's head, size proportions, etc.; all kinds of neat stuff. ONE of those notes explicitly said that water on clothes SHOULD NOT be rendered as blue; rather, it should turn the clothes a darker color where the water hits. Clearly ,whoever was working on this particular scene didn't read the notes.
