Well, the video looks polished but content wise you just said what everybody already knows. Whats the criteria for a good calendar? Being able to create an entry? Being able to color it, or enter tasks? What about the functionality to create an entry and show it in two different calendars? For example if you have a shared calendar with your girlfriend and some existing entries you have you want to also include in the shared calendar without duplicating it.... imho there are literally a lots of essential features that are STILL missing in these top-free-calendars... And i cannot wrap my head around why no one actually cares?

My only question is can it record a phone call or does anyone know how i can record a cell phone convo (actually using the cell phone that the app live on) and then being able to transcribe the conversation so i can summarize. a lot of my meetings are on the phone-and i'm looking for a solution to be able to record, transcribe and summarize all on my phone while on the go.

i used TaskTask till MS insisted on Mod Auth . TaskTask allowed me to view categoried from my outlook on my iphone BY OUTLOOK CATEGORY - MS to do doesnt allow this - does anyone know an iphone app that can replace TaskTask and show tasks from outlook by category ?

At this point in time, all Americans with cell phones equate phone calls with spams and scams. Maybe a nice idea, but the phone call part, not a good move.

Full disclosure, I also use an AI to take notes for me in meetings, but that’s not where it ends. I can’t let the AI do all the heavy lifting. I have to have some type of interaction or “friction” with the content in order for it to stick better in my brain. Sometimes that comes in the form of rearranging the notes, or making quiz questions out of the meeting, or just formatting it. Anything to force me to review the notes which helps me process/retain it.

at 2:12 how is it possible that you have "Class", "Author" in the middle of those lines? I would love to have that, it looks similar to Graph databases thanks

for personal use I would reccomend Timemator, Timeline and JotDay (new app), all for ios and with watch support

Participants who took notes by hand were BETTER at conceptual questions, while those who were typing their notes were better at factual information. From the abstract of the paper: "In three studies, we found that students who took notes on laptops performed worse on conceptual questions than students who took notes longhand. We show that whereas taking more notes can be beneficial, laptop note takers’ tendency to transcribe lectures verbatim rather than processing information and reframing it in their own words is detrimental to learning."

Writing your notes yourself, even with a keyboard makes you remember the things you are talking notes of better. A.I. Helps the “burden” of remembering better in exchange as being more productive? I have the impression it’s just a video to please your sponsor but not actually helping us viewers.

Notion is chaotic and it takes more time to use it rather than tasks you put into notion. Notion doesn't distinguish between databases and tables, links and relationships. It's a total BS and that's why it never took off.
