Awesome interview, everything Will touches is gold! FFAA are one of my favourite bands. I checked out both END albums and they're so good, encouraged me to check out more hardcore stuff. But would love to see Will collab with Mastodon for sure 🔥

For 10 years I was obsessed with Xasthur, still appreciate it immensely and the memories of being impacted heavily by his music are nostalgic. He just has a way with writing, and evoking emotion from a listener. This guy brought me to an entirely different world through his art and I will always love Scott for that. I hope he's doing well and I hope he finds success from his talents.

Reminds me of a funny story, an Aussie and Camel ciggies. My mate had the travel bug, on a whim went to India, he wore this old poncho, left the airport and thought 'wtf am I doing?'. Next thing a camera crew approach saying, 'we need you, we don't have a model, (this guy was not model material) come to the desert for a photo shoot'. He ended up as the Camel advert for the billboard in N.Y.C. Cool interview btw. Ever since admiring Derek Riggs work as a kid I've loved album art.

Great interview. I've been in love with this band since I saw them play live earlier this year in Victoria, BC. I've been listening to them a lot. Their live show was intense and they seem like really interesting people as well.

Thank you for a great interview. Scarcity is one of the most unique and exciting bands out there. Aveilut is one of my favorite records to have come out in recent years and I'm really looking forward to the new one. The amount of talent in this band is incredible. And thanks for mentioning the lyrics, will definitely be paying attention. I know which festival in Europe you're thinking about, Scarcity would fit like a glove there. Fingers crossed for 2025 😊

In terms of mathematics and possibilities of black metal, I found out that folk songs from many countries in the world, notably, Central Asia and West Asia, sound very much like black metal without electricity. For example, this song from Iran: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHuTnotuj7ibrbc I think such music is a great treasure of inspiration for musicians.
