Looked for the original (from the 1980s album) found this gem as an "oldie" and these guys haven't lost that "Black Slate" feel and touch. Wonderful.

Both version are so good (Ras Elroy more recent version), but this brings the FIRE with the upbeatness. Shame there's not a studio recorded/mixed version of this available on vinyl

So the lathe is an old American Scully lathe, still cost into tens of thousands (if you can find one) The cutting head is by the now defunct "Vinyllium" company, that head and the electronics are a good few grand on their own. The guy behind Vinyllium (Flo Kauffman) is still around so if you got deep pockets and a bag of green to give him when he gets here he'll link you up no problem!
